  • Job Description: As an SDR, you are the frontline of our sales engine and the first point of contact for potential partners. Your primary goal is to generate qualified opportunities for our Account Executives by proactively reaching out to real estate agents and property managers who can benefit from our advertising solutions. This is a foundational role with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive.
  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospect & Generate Pipeline: Identify and research potential clients (real estate agents, teams, and brokerages) using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and our internal database.

    • Outbound Outreach: Execute a high-volume of personalized outbound touches daily (calls, emails, social touches) to generate interest and book qualified meetings.

    • Qualify Leads: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospect's business needs, challenges, and budget, determining if they are a good fit for HarmonyHomes Premier Partner programs.

    • CRM Management: Meticulously track all outreach, activities, and lead status in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to ensure a clean and actionable pipeline.

    • Collaborate with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and gather feedback to refine outreach strategies.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 0-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role. Recent graduates with a competitive edge are encouraged to apply.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

    • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous internship in sales, marketing, or real estate.

    • Demonstrated interest in the tech or real estate industry.

  • Estimated Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 Total On-Target Earnings (OTE)

    • Base Salary: $40,000 - $45,000

    • Variable Commission: $15,000 - $20,000
