Key Responsibilities:
Prospect & Generate Pipeline: Identify and research potential clients (real estate agents, teams, and brokerages) using tools like LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and our internal database.
Outbound Outreach: Execute a high-volume of personalized outbound touches daily (calls, emails, social touches) to generate interest and book qualified meetings.
Qualify Leads: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospect's business needs, challenges, and budget, determining if they are a good fit for HarmonyHomes Premier Partner programs.
CRM Management: Meticulously track all outreach, activities, and lead status in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to ensure a clean and actionable pipeline.
Collaborate with AEs: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and gather feedback to refine outreach strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role. Recent graduates with a competitive edge are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship in sales, marketing, or real estate.
Demonstrated interest in the tech or real estate industry.
Estimated Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 Total On-Target Earnings (OTE)
Base Salary: $40,000 - $45,000
Variable Commission: $15,000 - $20,000
