    • Job Description: As an Account Executive, you are a strategic consultant who owns the full sales cycle from initial demo to close. You will be responsible for educating real estate professionals on the value of Harmony Homes, negotiating contracts, and hitting your monthly sales quota. Your success directly impacts our market share and revenue growth.

    • Key Responsibilities:

      • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales process for a designated territory, from the qualified meeting (provided by SDRs) to contract close.

      • Needs Analysis & Discovery: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls and demos to understand a prospect's business, pain points, and marketing goals.

      • Solution Selling: Articulate the value proposition of HarmonyHomes' advertising products (e.g., Premier Agent spots, featured listings, portfolio packages) and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each agent or brokerage.

      • Objection Handling & Negotiation: Skillfully overcome objections related to price, competition, and ROI. Negotiate contract terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

      • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline in the CRM, providing regular forecasts to sales leadership.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of full-cycle, closing sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, digital advertising, or a related field.

      • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.

      • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

      • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage a territory strategically.

      • Proficiency with CRM software.

    • Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience selling to the real estate industry.

      • Experience in a high-velocity, transactional sales environment.

    • Estimated Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000+ Total On-Target Earnings (OTE)

      • Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

      • Variable Commission: $30,000 - $60,000+ (Uncapped)
